Feeling:happy..

Finallly back at home...

Well, there's just so much to post.. so much to say.. But anyway, I was greatly blessed by the trip to saipan. Although we had spiritual blessings seeing the China Chinese in the Christian Church of Saipan grow, we had other blessings during the trip too.. i'll explain later on.

We originally hoped to bring blessings to the people of saipan thro our trip there. We held a DVBS (daily vacation Bible school) for the kids there. Just seeing 20 souls added to heaven in just that one week was a real encouragement. Like the Bible says, the heavens rejoice when one lost soul is brought to Christ. I learnt much about how to manage and take charge of children of that age during that time. Honestly, its not easy to give attention to each and every single kid there is there. However, its a very fruitful experience..

On two occasions, we visited the chinese workers during their dormitory fellowships. The way they just hungered for the Word just set me alight. Seeing them so zealous and feverent in hearing the Word and living out just makes me reflect on my own life and want to live a life for Christ. They all have been through much hardship. most of them probably would be matchmade to a man when they go back, usually non-Christian, and would be forced to submit to the matchmaking under the pressure of the family.. Most of them could lose their faith as a result, and this is one of the concerns. Most of them are very poor, and live in the squalid conditions of the dormitories.

Well, for the korea trip, it was really good. It was rather heart wrenching to leave saipan, for all that I've mentioned jsut now, and also because of another personal reason I have. Well, I guess that I've given a clue in the previous posts, but I guess i'll only tell the people closest to me...............

Anyway the year is closing. THe new year is dawning. I guess, better to prepare myself for it.. If I could have it my way, I'd rather have some more time to rest.... I wish I could go for carolling this year, but... bwawrgh...... well, i don't know what else to post.. I guess i'll continue tomorrow..
