Feeling:ok
Well, it wasn't a waste attending Shu Yee's wedding after all.. I am one person who particularly dislikes attending wedding ceremonies because of the long, draggy waits(for people to arrive). However, what the preacher said on the pulpit as exhortation really touched me...
Like he said, God honours your likes and your dislikes. The perfect one meant for you will not be someone you don't like. The one He chooses for you will definitely be one you will share the rest of your life with, more so without regrets.
Well, for all those who have failed in courtship out there, haha... he has a word of encouragement; better fail in courtship than fail in marriage.. Well, this really is meaningful. Its better to break up while you still can, rather than drag thro the marriage (which means you have to endure your spouse for, what,? 40 years or so?)
A word of advice also, for those dating. Think carefully before you actually go into the marriage. Do not enter it haphazardly...
Hmm.. at least, I gained something in exchange for the hoooorrriiibbbllleee waiting... hehee..
