Feeling:tired... undecided...

Well, went to Ngee Ann with SQ and TY.. TY being the year-1 student there at Ngee Ann, brought us around. Haha.. he kept pointing out the various canteens, and we got to see his many girl-friends.. hohoho(he has boy-friends too!)... Well well well.. How many of you remember Suraj? ooo.. well, I knew him way back in secondary 2, in CCK sec..haha.. he's the guy always bringing the laughter into the class. We used to stick around a lot.

Anyway, I asked lotsa questions about the various courses, about engineering, and about U- admission. Hmm. Seems like I have a sizeable opportunity to enter the U from Poly. Perhaps I might consider a Poly education. Certainly, slogging in a JC for two hard years, slogging your guts out on subjects you don't want to take, then finally, with that result (depending on certain ppl... some get better grades, others don't), you may not even get into the U course you want to.

Engineering. you take three years poly, with hands on exp, then you go into second year U (if you get an above avg result). cool... Not like JC. only paper certs. No 6-mth attachment prog.. haha...

Well, SQ went to ask about life sciences. Chem engineering. Well, I do suppose that has some potential as well.

Lots of potential to develop your strong points in poly. This is one thing that cannot be present in a JC. Sure, you get the course you want with the subjects you like in JC. But no matter how it goes (unless you're good in both GP and MT), your wings of potential will still be clipped by the shears of the subjetcts you are not good in(in my case, MT. In others' cases, perhaps GP).

hmm... there again, there's this 10% of myself that still refuses to let go of JC. hmm.. lets hope i make my mind up fast. then i can save 2 months of my time. instead of going to JC for another 2 mths before poly starts, i can actually use the 2 mths to do something constructive.
