Well, i guess i'll blog every consecutive day instead now.. I don't think I have the energy to keep up daily blogging.. haaxxx....

Well, the chinese teacher today was a total jerk. I din wanna copy from the transparency the answer cuz my eyes were feeling strained. Then he came over and asked me what I was doing... I tried to explain, and perhaps might have offended him with slight inappropriate misuse of language (like come on, I was desperate to portray my thoughts and put it into words then..... in a language I dread......) I tried to explain that I would copy from SQ when he's done. Man the teacher's such a jerk. Nag, nag nag.. fine.. fine.. I copy. Fine. I don't lose anythign by pretending anyway. So much for being honest and explanatory.

Physics (early in the morning) we were like, playing in class. Mr Phang wasn't here again. Then, a shuai ge teacher came in.. woo.. And somehow, we found him so much a better teacher. He explained things so clearly that nobody could possibly not understand.. appreaciate that...

Math was quite ok. I opened up to Mr Owyong a little during the toilet break, when I exclaimed that En Hua is the 'do not sleep' master. Since it was the last lesson of the day, ppl were practically falling asleep..

PC-games time..... was a total waste of time, as usual. We went there at 3.30, only to be told we were actually scheduled at 4.30. DARGH! that means we have to wait an extra hour?! what the hell. The teacher Ms Choo or Ms Joo(not sure) was like "We cannot handle too many classes at once..." wat the heck. Its not like, you all are going to teach a full-blown lesson. Like heck, we just run two rounds, and the rest of hte time is up to us already.

Well, I do hope that we can get that same time slot again next week... Either that, or perhaps we should find time as a class to ask that teacher to reschedule us...

Anyway, went for debate after that.. Hmm.. Kinda impressed by that kinda hard work that Arkesh put in. Yah, he was a snob, a jerk sometimes... Anyway, in a way, sometimes still a pleasant person to work with. We discussed the china stuff. i was quite quiet cus that really wasn't in my field of knowledge. Anyway, I tried to contribute as much as I can. Sometimes, I really wonder how I can elevate my state of mind to something like Arkesh's. not saying that I admire him or anything, but honestly, pondering on matters of psychology and neurology.. I was just wondering.... How you stimulate the mind to perform at higher standards of efficiency.

Perhaps there's a psychological techique. one which enables one to tweak his mind to process higher amounts of information in shorter amounts of time. That's one thing I need seriously during a debates. I fear one thing now:getting into debate. Altho i wanted so badly to get into that debate team, but I really am wondering if my mind will be quick enough to provide counter-arguments for the opponent points of information. Considering that I'm already stumbling while trying to prepare proper rebuttals for my 3rd spkr position during my debates last year.

Haahh.. I think i've overdedicated myself. Shooting, band....

Perhaps I pursued shooting with pure intention. Band? I pursued it for two reasons. One is because of her. One is because I wanna hone my skill in the flute. (wasn't so pure an intention after all, huh?).. Ok, debate, I pursued it partly cuz I wanted to hone my debate skills. Partly because I knew it would ultimately benefit my GP. Only shooting i joined with pure interest.

Sighs.. This week's gonna be crazy.... Let's just see how things unfold. Whether or not I end up in the team....remains largely to be seen. As far as I know, Jeryl, Akesh, Priya and Samantha are definitely going in. The last position remains between me and En Hua. Well, he makes a better speaker than me... I guess if the time comes when its the decision between me and him... I think I might just give it up for him....

Oh dear... i'm broke.. left 10 cents. lucky tml is feb. i'm getting next month's money.. haa!
